Jennifer Bay Hui Kiang

Qualification:
Jennifer Bay Hui Kiang ("Jennifer”) graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1998.
Experience:
Jennifer brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the Beauty & Retail sector, having held pivotal roles across diverse markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, China, South-east Asia, and the Asia Pacific region.
Her journey commenced as a Marketing and Advertising Executive at Giordano Singapore, before she joined L’Oreal in 2001.
During her 16-year tenure with L’Oreal, Jennifer held prominent positions, including Marketing Director (Maybelline) in China, General Manager for Consumer Product Division and then Luxe Division in Malaysia before assuming her role as the Regional General Manager overseeing four luxury brands within the professional division across 14 APAC countries.
In 2016, Jennifer joined the prestigious LVMH Group, where she led the Southeast Asia region for Make Up For Ever and later assumed responsibility for Givenchy Beaute before joining our organization in December 2022 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. In July 2023, she assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Rampai-Niaga, ushering the company into a new era of sustainable growth and success across all facets of our operations.
Jennifer’s appointment reflects our commitment to driving growth across the entire Group. While her strategic vision and leadership will support development across all areas of the business, the Beauty & Retail sector will remain our core focus, where the company has been firmly established for 40 years. Under her guidance, we are confident in our ability to reach new milestones of success and remain open to exploring new opportunities in additional sectors.
Chia Cang Yang
Chief Financial Officer
Qualification:
Chia Cang Yang (“Cang Yang”) graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2006. He is a member of CPA Australia since 2011, and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2012.
Experience:
Cang Yang is our Chief Financial Officer responsible for the finance and corporate functions of the Group including financial reporting, treasury, risk management, governance, corporate planning, and investor relations.
Cang Yang has 18 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. He started his career with Ernst & Young Malaysia as an Audit Associate in June 2006, and left as Audit Manager in November 2012 to begin his career in the retail industry as the Finance Manager of Parkson Retail Asia Limited (“Parkson”), a Singapore listed regional department store operator. He was subsequently appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Parkson in January 2017.
Cang Yang joined us as the Director of Corporate Finance & Governance in November 2018, and was re-designated as the Chief Financial Officer in May 2019. He played an important role in the IPO of InNature, as well as the acquisition of Burger & Lobster franchise.
Dexter Foong Chuen Hsien
General Manager – Malaysia
Qualification:
Dexter Foong Chuen Hsien (“Dexter”) completed both the Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Master in Science (Hons) in Organisational Behaviour from London School of Economics & Political Science in 2012 and 2014, respectively.
Experience:
In 2013, Dexter started his career with Rampai-Niaga as our Loyalty Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of loyalty application. In addition, he successfully led the team to enhance the strategy on targeted communication and recruitment of new members.
In 2017, Dexter joined Adventuria Sdn Bhd as the Business Development Manager to facilitate the establishment and conceptualization of The Rift, the largest virtual reality based attraction in South East Asia. Throughout the tenure with Adventuria, Dexter also led the operational streamlining initiatives which noticeably improved the operational efficiency and productivity.
He rejoined Rampai-Niaga in 2020 to further improve our customer experience by implementing new customer service system to improve overall response time and better integrating customer’s feedback in our business strategy. Dexter was promoted as the Head of Commercial & Supply Chain in 2022 to contribute his expertise in process improvement on inventory and distribution management. In 2023, he took up the role of Director of Corporate Development to plan and execute new business projects as well as driving the investor relations efforts to ensure the investor sentiment remained high during a challenging business period.
In 2024, Dexter advanced to his current role as General Manager to oversee the full business operations in Malaysia, and continue to drive the vision of business as a force for good.
Tran Ngoc Nhat Kha
General Manager – Vietnam and Cambodia
Qualification:
Tran Ngoc Nhat Kha (“Kha”) graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology, Vietnam in 2011.
Experience:
Prior to joining TBS Vietnam, Kha worked in marketing communication and branding roles for various international lifestyle and fashion brands.
In 2013, Kha began his journey with TBS Vietnam as a Senior Marketing Executive. He later progressed as the Marketing Manager in 2015 with his excellence in driving brand awareness, social media, product credibility as well as managing our e-commerce platform. In 2016, Kha was promoted as the Head of Marketing, Commercial and Digital of Vietnam and Cambodia with his responsibility extended to inventory management and growing our digital presence in both markets.
In 2023, Kha succeeded the role of General Manager of Vietnam and Cambodia, responsible for managing the full operations of our business in Vietnam and Cambodia. Kha continues to lead the team to build our brand as the No.1 ethical, innovative and pioneering beauty brand in the market.
