
ABOUT US
InNature Berhad (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading regional retailer of cosmetics and personal care products carrying The Body Shop brand, serving customers across Malaysia, Vietnam and Cambodia through stores and e-commerce.
We have garnered over 37 years of experience operating The Body Shop franchise business since the opening of our first store at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1984. Our Group was subsequently awarded the franchise for Vietnam in 2009, and for Cambodia in 2018.
In June 2022, InNature Berhad was officially listed as a constituent of both the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia ("F4BM”) and FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Syariah ("F4BMS”) indexes. The F4BM Index measures the performance of public listed companies ("PLCs") that demonstrate strong Environment, Social and Governance (“ESG”) practices against international benchmarks, whereas F4BMS Index tracks F4BM constituents that are Syariah-compliant in accordance with the Syariah Advisory Council screening methodology.
